I take (or try to remember to take anyways) a multivitamin everyday. I just started a Vitamin C supplement on top of that yesterday, since I feel like I might be getting sick and wanted to boost up that vitamin. I'm also debating on whether or not to take melatonin for my occasional insomnia (which I had last night )
Flintstone's Complete. They're probably not the best for adults, but they remind me of being a kid. Plus, they don't taste too bad. I should start using a multi-vitamin for adults though.

At night I take a centrum multi vitamin and a calcium + vitamin D supplement. In the morning I take a vitamin C pill and another calcium if I remember. (The bottle says to take it 3x/day, but I never remember to do that.)
