i never go--i'm too scared.

there is a very cute little quaint shopping street in the beach town where my parents live, so sometimes we'll go over there, but it's not like a mall. they just have a bunch of tiny boutiques and the will have hot chocolate and stuff that day, and maybe a few things on sale. this year i will be in SF, though, and i am staying far far away from union square on friday.

That's awesome, hotcocoa. Are you this ahead of the game every year? I try to plan ahead, but I usually end up buying my last things in mid-December. I guess it could be worse!

i WISH i was this big of a nerd every year. no... this is the first time, actually. it feels good though. i wanted to be done before thanksgiving so that i could sit back and relax in december. bake cookies with my son, help him compose his first letter to santa, maybe do a little volunteer work, host a cocktail party at our house and sit by the fire and knit!

last year i went b/c i needed a new suit for an interview the next week (which i landed- it was my dream job- and i KNOW it was partly b/c of that suit!)

anyway- it was a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!

and we swore never ever to go again...

so i will NOT be shopping on black friday...

I'm going to this little "bouitquey" type place here in CT (Stamford) they will haVE 7'S, COH, TR's, AG half off...the C&C the will also be on sale after I'm going tot Express, then work.
