i eat the natures own wheat carb line, 7 carbs. I know healthy huh , well i try to be when it comes to carb, except when it comes to pms time than I am bad all the way
I bake myself my bread. I bake big batches when I have time, then freeze them and thaw when needed. Usually I mix some proportion of ww and white flour, and add something (raisin, apple, cinnamon, anise seeds...not all at once tho).
If I really can't make it, I go to wegman's and buy their fresh french or italian bread.
