Thought I would start this, though my intake has been shameful (this is not normal for me, I promise!)
Breakfast: yogurt 110 cals
Lunch: White choc mocha - 250 cals, Cool Ranch doritos - 250 cals, 2 pieces of cheese - 160 cals
Dinner: Eating out. Salmon Salad no dressing - 500 cals?, Wine - 80 cals
Exercise: 20 mins interval, 30 mins weights/abs (All that stands between me and a size 20 is my addiction to exercise)
B: Oatmeal
L: Spinach quesadilla & a few bites of chocolate cake (darn sister had to order it!)
S: Toffee (vendor dropped off a bunch of chocolate, toffee, etc. for us, couldn't resist!)
D: Edamame, vegetarian tacos
Not my best day!
L: Subway Low fat Turkey Sandwich, Chicken & Dumplings Soup, Baked lay's
D: Sushi
E: one hour circuit with trainer.
Even though I am not supposed to do it, I weighed myself today, and I am 2 lbs away from my goal.
B: skipped, late for class!
L: chicken burrito, peanut butter cups, diet coke
annnd D: hefty helping of mashed sweet potatos, brown rice, baked ziti, lemon cake (randomness due to the fact that I eat at the cafeteria on campus)
E: 3 games racquetball, 40 minute run/walk on the treadmill
