my friend asked me to help her find some.  i know they are out there, because i have worked as a real estate paralegal, and have seen them several times; but where do i find info? i've googled and searched the net, but all i have found are classes on how to find them ?!?!

I would try fannie maye. Also she may have to go down to her city hall or gov building. Here they have an entire floor dedicated to this at the city hall.
