update - I was so pissed (because what happened is someone in the warehouse pick and packed the wrong thing, my skirt is still sitting there - but because the inventory reflects the completed purchase, it's showing that it's not there...) so I picked up the horn and called back, saying "can't you just instruct someone at the distribution center to pick the correct item and send it to me?" so, after speaking to the call center supervisor, they are trying to do just that... I wish I liked the dress they sent - it's a $300 dress, but I don't
oh - and the first time I called the call center rep asked "did it fit?" and I'm like "I don't know, I didn't try it on because I don't want it." that was really strange customer service...
anyway - it's a challenge for me now - watch me get the skirt and I won't like it

I'm not a fan of them either right now. I ordered a dress and not told my order was cancelled. And now I get stupid emails saying if you loved your dress how about these similar items!!! What are they thinking??
