How goes the excerising?
I had Friday off so I got in some much needed rest...which in turn made me feel a bit healthier.
I tried to do situps Friday night but they killed my back. Anyone have better suggestions?
Ate way to much food this weekend...kept having all kinds of company...which in my life equals lots of cooking and lots of eating.
Does cleaning out my basement count? It should....some of those boxes were HEAVY!
I still need to come up with a real plan for exercise...and stick with it. :(
