Not only did I not work out yesterday or today, but I've been eating really bad too! It has been a really hard week on me though, although I don't want to go into details. Anyway...

L: Chicken, I'm not sure what kind, but it was definitely not healthy, covered in cheese & sauce, and pasta w/sauce & mushrooms.
D: I doubt I'll be hungry, if I am, maybe soup?
No exercise today, I plan on going to bed as early as possible; I'm exhausted.
