I went on a Match date last night.  The only reason I've been chatting with this guy is because he's French, and I really wanted to speak French.  I had no expectations beyond that, in fact really don't feel like dating anyone.  But as I said, I really wanted to speak French.  Wasn't expecting this guy to be cute or anything.  But I was extremely pleasantly surprised.  And we ended up getting a drink and chatting for over 2 hours.  Anyway, it was just nice to be pleasantly surprised for once, instead of disappointed.  He is daaaarn cute.
