~Alright all you moms...let's get our exercise plan into gear! I'm pysched at the thought of fitting back into my smaller jeans and tighter tops!
On Saturday...I put my son in the stroller and jogged about 10 blocks over to the playground. While there I was just as active as he was. I like to do pull ups on the overhanging bar of the swingset.
On Sunday...lots of walking at the outlets. We were there for about 6 hours and walking the whole time. Does carrying him around most of the time win me brownie points? :)
My goals this week:
to find a way to do situps/crunches that doesn't hurt my back, neck or tailbone
Hi My name is Jen, and I have 10-15 lbs. to lose. :)
I haven't been dieting since I am still nursing, but I only have 4 weeks left of that - so soon there will be no more excuses.
Tomorrow is supposed to be nice to I plan on walking with Talia to the local elementary school (tomorrow is election day and that is where I need to vote). It's a decent walk from here. Today I am going food shopping and will buy enough to make healthy meals this week.
