The hospital I work at is promoting this new "Employee Wellness" campaign. Here is a suggested quiz to take to assess your true age--try it! It actually helps you learn a lot about how you can live healthier. You might be surprised!
I'm 30? Yikes. But it's all based on dumb stuff like talking on my cell phone while driving, etc.
ETA: Just kidding! I looked again and it said that my high BMI was part of the reason for my age, which seemed weird. I apparently put in my weight as 350 not 150! I'm "20" now.
Yuck! 2 years older than my real age. I was averaging 2 years younger until it got to the exercise questions. I really do need to start getting some exercise.
I'm 3 years younger than my true age, but I think it should be younger than that. The way they asked the exercise questions made it difficult for me to enter in the amount of exercise that I do.
I got 24 and I'm actually 26, so I think I'm doing pretty decent. Up until the job-related and stress-related section, I had a 21. See, this stupid job is literally sucking the life out of me!!!
my went up so dramatically because I was once a smoker (like 5 years ago), and since I happened to take a drag of a friend's cigarette on my birthday, that ruined my profile. I think I will just cut that part out, there isn't a category for some like me who has maybe smoked 5 cigarettes total in three years.
