Ok- I have been enjoying the show just as much this time around as last time. As for who is not going to make it... I think it's Walt. Perhaps he will just make unearthly appearances??? He can't completely disappear because he seemed to be a link to a lot of the strangeness. It would be a good way to ween him out of the show since they are concerned about his growing up (as per N.B.) and especially if he isn't a regular cast member anymore (again as per N.B.) If it's not Walt, then I think Shannon needs to go. I never cared for her character.

I know that one of the regular cast members is going to bite it (the writers have said this and have also stated that the cast member was aware of it very early on, unlike Boone, who didn't really know until it happened). Whether or not it's that person that bites it this week or if it's someone else (please, God, let it be Ana Lucia!!), remains to be seen.
Other than that, I don't think that they will actually kill Walt, I think he'll be in and out. There's too much weirdness about him to completely get rid of him. But as I told a few other posters via e-mail, Walt isn't a regular cast member anymore and the writers aren't sure what to do with him b/c apparently, he's growing (as kids do).
I can see them offing Shannon after she and Sayid have a little rendevous. I *think* the next episode is Shannon centric (we find out how her dad dies--the SUV accident, perhaps?). I just don't want to see any of them go, really. If they kill of Jack, I'll stop watching! I love him.

She was also on "Guiding Light" for a while as a villainess (my Mom and I used to watch that together) and she was on another show on Fox, but I don't remember what it was called. I got the feeling she and Michael might have a little romantic spark sometime in the future. Anyone else?
ah, finally got to see it! i thought it was pretty slow, but it was good. i really don't think they will kill shannon because they already killed boone & it seems a little wrong to kill two people from the same family. i dunno why but i think it's gonna be the blonde tail chick (hehe, not sure what to call her, the one that's possibly michael's love interest). i just hope it's not sawyer, if he goes, i go!
I have read a lot of rumors that it's Shannon. Plus, Maggie Grace has a lot of other projects coming up, so it makes sense. Of all the major characters, she las the least amount of "purpose" on the show. Once she hooks up with Sayid, as Nylabelle said, her cards are played IMO. Which sucks because I am finally beginning to like her. But who's gonna take care of Vincent?!?

that's what I thought too! Sometimes I think Vincent is the one I care about most on the show. I seriously think I would lose it if anything bad happened to that dog.
I just caught up with Lost (you can buy the new episodes on itunes!!) I'm so addicted to this show now... its going to be rough having to wait every week for an episode after watching the rest so fast.
This last episode was great... I love Jin and Sun. If a female character dies I really hope it isn't Claire or Sun! I like them too much. I can't stand Shannon or AL, but I think its way to early for AL to die. Hmm maybe its Rousseau?
