Anyone used restaurant.com? I met a few people who do, tney went to upscale restaurants & paid little & rave about the website. So, can anyone tell about their experience & how does it work? 1 coupon per table? More? WIll appreciate the details if anyone knows.
I've used coupons from there before. Granted, I earned them on swagbucks, but I don't think that makes a difference. They work as a discount, so the coupon amount will be subtracted from your total order. Do be sure to check in with the waiter/tress before you order to make certain that the coupon is valid at the time you are sitting down. Sometimes the restaurant only accepts the coupons for lunch or for dinner. You are only allowed to use one per visit.
I've used it a bunch - It sounds amazing but there's a lot of rules that make the deals not so good. For example, I have a $100 gift cert but most of the participating restaurants near me only allow $15 off, one coupon per table. If going out to dinner, that's basically paying for less than two drinks. Also many of the restaurants say they only accept for dine-in, lunch-time only, minimum 2 entrees, etc.
Thank you, ladies! Yeah, i thought as much, wanted to double check...the guy who I met told about very famouse celebrity spot restaurant & it sounded like he paid $15 for $300 dinner, so...yeah...THANX
I've had good experiences with it. We wait until Brad's deals has them on sale. We get them for at least 80% off - so a lot of times $2 for $25 or even $50. It's up to the rest whether or not they include alcohol in the coupon or not, but you can ask ahead of time. Usually when you buy the coupon it will say if it is only good for lunch. I just don't buy those.
Also, if the rest goes out of business, they will refund your money.
