If I were in your position I probably wouldn't say anything to the temp agency and I definitely wouldn't say anything until after I had already found another job. In my experience with temp agencies the people didn't seem particularly interested in me and my interests or desires - temp agencies are usually more concerned with filling spots at companies than with finding jobs that best suit the workers right? At least that's the impression that I got from the places I went to. And other than the fact that this company claimed that they would bring you on full time after three months I don't know that the temp agency would think that you are being treated that so poorly that it needs to be addressed. If you were being harassed or forced to do things that go against OSHA rules or something that would definitely be something they should care about and is something which could be fixed but being overworked and underpaid and getting reprimanded are so common in most offices, especially for assistants and receptionists (my sister is on her third such job and they've all been like this) that I don't know that the agency will care that much since they probably hear complaints like that all the time. Not that you are wrong to complain because I'm sure the job is crappy and I know you aren't planning to use the agency ever again but 1. I'd worry about burning bridges/being red-flagged (doesn't really apply to you but you never know) and 2. I doubt it will help people in the future.

I think I agree with CC on this. Temp Agencies are never really too concerned with the employees they hire. Afterall, they get paid by the employer for filling positions, not by you for finding you exactly what you want.

Chances are, even if they take a complaint seriously, they may never take it to the employer. If they did, they would run the risk that the employer wouldn't use them anymore.

I wish this wasnt the case, but I am feeling like complaining might waste time you could put into just finding something else.

I didn't have it yet. It's this afternoon after work.  I hope it goes okay. I'm getting a migraine and feeling sick, so I hope I can get through it!!
