Oh sh*t. This weak has gone to pot. I've had a cold and haven't worked out once!!! I'm such a loser. Luckily I have a friend to motivate me to get back into the swing of things next week. Or maybe this weekend? Man the treadmill is going to hurt Monday...

ooh, so yummy! i tried it at the not-quite-my-boyfriend's house and i've been hooked ever since! it's like frosted mini wheats for healthy grown-ups! it's wheat bites w/ honey or something & it's totally organic. i highly reccommend it!
