That sucks, AJ! And heaven knows, I can relate to job woes. I don't have much advice, but I can say that I absolutely understand your frustration. Lately, I've been thinking that working sucks, too. I think I'd rather just work part-time at something I love and not be bothered by some stupid career.
I'm sorry AJ for the sucky day. Mine has been just as good as yours. I am so glad I am home right now and I bet you are too. Maybe tomorrow will be better for both of us.
Is there any way you could tell her what you said to us? Explain her how much you loved the job and all the things that were taken away from you?
On the other hand, may be working so close to your boss and showing dedication even to something you don't like as much, will help you in the long run, she'll appreciate you more and may be compensate you somehow in the future?
This really sucks, but I hope you'll feel better and no so hopeless soon. I'll try to send good vibes your way!
I am so sorry to hear that, hon... What ever happened to the position that you were asked to move to the midwest for? Is there anyway you can apply within the company for another position or even start sending out your resume again?
Ouch, I'm so sorry about the job situation, AJ. That sounds awful. The only advice I can give is to hang in there. Maybe once things start to normalize, you can more rationally explain to your boss your feelings and complaints. I know it's not much but it's all I can think of right now. I hope things start going better!
I'm just getting around to reading this post, and I'm sorry about your crappy day! I hope things get better! I can totally relate to how you're feeling.
