Hi ladies. I'm feeling kinda down and out lately. I'm wanting to lose some weight,and I just can't seem to do it!!!
To make a very long story short,I got married right out of high school,gained ALOT of weight and was up to 235+ lbs. Well,got divorced,got down to 140-145 or so. Got pregnant,had twins,lost one and 5 mths later lost boyfriend to heart disease,been gaining weight ever since.
I'm not sure if I'm just lazy or making excuses,but I'm back up there and even more so. I work constantly and am raising my son alone and I just can't seem to find the strength to work out.I know I should but I am just very discouraged.Anyone have tips or stories that will inspire me?I talk to my best friend about it,and she tells me,I love you anway,which is great,but she's like a size 6 and never been fat.

I have been on Jenny Craig for about a month and I am down 10 lbs. I also work out with a trainer 3x's a week, 2 days are weight training and then one is cardio. I have done Jenny Craig several times and it really works for me. I like it because I like the food and it is so easy. Once you hit your 1/2 goal you begin to eat 1/2 their food and 1/2 your own. This way it really teaches you how to eat right but slowly. I have always known what to eat but I have to admit that I am lazy. PM if you have any questions. Good luck!
