sometimes it works out the other way too. for example, I just went there the other day and printed out some sale items from the site and the store did not have it on sale but they gave it to me for the sale price of the site. I bought a plate holder thats $20 and i printed it out from my computer cuase on the site it was on sale for $6

, i know to always do this when i go to the store now

Here's another good example. I bought this cardigan in July for $20 in the store and it's still $88 on the site! I have no idea why their sale pricing is so inconsistent - it certainly is annoying...

When I bought this same cardi (in 2 colors) I saw it online......no stores had near me so I called customer service and had them do a store search.I found one in Boston so theysent it to me - they were $29.95, but the lady @ customer service said if I could not find my size in a store they would an online order and give me the sale price of it in the store.

Bottom line is I have customer service do a store search for whatever it is see online.....they can tell me if it is lower in the store.Either I will call the store and have them do a charge send or have them match the price online.
