I just got off of the phone with them and I am practically giddy form excellent service. I called the San Francisco store the lady was so nice and even offered to go out of her way to help me because she did not have what I was looking for. How often does someone actually go out of their way to help you in retail.
So I called the Vegas store and he too was amazing. I found my item and am totaly satisfied and them some.

Just wanted to share a good experience as they are few and far between. They can have my business anytime.

i've had a similar great experience at the store on 3rd street in LA. it's a really well-run company.

COOL! Were you looking for that Elvis belt buckle? I may be way off but I thought it was you that posted about it? I looked on ebay for one for you but they must be pretty rare! Let me know if you find it just out of curiosity! (i'm so nosey)

Yup, I found it. It is for my best friend. I looked everywhere online. I ordrered it but I haven't even seen it yet. She was telling me about it a few months ago. I'll post pics if your interested.

I'd like to see the pictures just out of morbid curiosity! I saw some Elvis pjs & they were really cute - Paul Frank items always crack me up. You are really a great friend to find this for her!
