POST BOARD EXAM ANXIETY
Permalink Closed

I just had my Licensure Examination For Teachers (LET) yesterday and now, I don't feel well about my performance. When I think of it, it makes me sick and uneasy. So many thoughts keep going in mind and I can't stop it (what I didnt pass and all those negativism) its just hard to feel happy knowing that you are uncertain about it. What shall I do to keep my mind out of it? Apart from shopping (I'm really trying to save) thanks!

I say watch your favorite movies. Or take a nice long walk. Get out and clear your head a bit. I'll bet that you did better than you think you did.

they say our brains are less active when we watch tv than they are when we're asleep, so I say go for tv. in reality, tv and movies prob have the same effect (or lack of one), so do whatever sounds best. Welcome to style thread, btw.

We are always our own worst critics! I'm also sure you did better than you think.

Regarding tv/movies...something funny! Laugh until your abs hurt.
