OMG boyfriend and I started this last week. We just finished week 1 and my body has never been so sore!! We are both pretty motivated so I'm hoping we stick with the full 90 days. One of his best friends is on day 38 and he lost 14 lbs already---was already in pretty good physical shape (i.e. didn't really have weight to lose). Crazy!
Has anyone done this program? If so, what were your results?
I feel like in just a week I'm stronger, but waiting to take measurements after 30 days.
