What did y'all think of last night ep? I thought it was way better than last weeks! The whole situation with the hole in Lorelai's bedroom was hysterical. And when Luke told Rory that they were engaged I started to tear up! (I can be such a sap sometimes...)


and My Mom called me at the most inopportune time, right at the end so what was up with that fight?! I had to turn the sound down and was only half watching, but it looked like Rory started it?! Wow.

I agree, the whole part w/the whole in the house was hysterical.  I love Luke - he cracks me up!  Rory pretty much did start the fight - Lorelei got out of the car and made some snotty remark about her doing her debt to society and then Rory laid into her about getting engaged and not telling her.  They told eachother that they hurt one another and that was it...

wait, so it was lorelai that she was fighting with?! I thought it was one of the other girls picking up trash? Ugh, why does my mom not care about my tv watching schedule?

Ohh I'm sorry - I misunderstood you!  She did get in a fight w/another girl picking up trash.  The girl knocked into Rory, Rory knocked back into her and then they started pushing eachother - that was it.

ok. I totally missed the whole lorlai/rory thing- I didn't even know they saw each other at all in the ep!

I want Loreali and Rory to make up. I think it is better that way, I like their whole mother-daughter relationship. It just seems like something is missing. But I thought that the whole argument btwn Luke and Loreali was great.

I think Rory is being a butthead.  I don't like how she has turned all "tough".  It's like she thinks she's cool for committing this crime.  Starting that fight was not cool and definitely is not going to help her any!  I think she should be the one to apologize to Lorelai, not the other way around.

A friend had to record it for me (late class) and I missed the end.


How did things end up (was there a tiff between Luke and lorelai?)
