Hot air popcorn. Very low in calories, especially if you eat it plain. (and if you want to add salt, butter or some other flavoring, you can control the amount.) It takes a while to munch on too, so it's not over in a few bites.
I also like hummus and veggies (my favorites are baby carrots and sugar snap peas.) Whenever I have a party I always make sure to have a plate of this available. It's also a great way to sneak in more vegetables into your daily diet.
Sometimes when I'm craving desert I'll eat a chewy granola bar. Some are 90 calories (some are 100-110) so i know exactly what I'm consuming. They have desert flavored ones like peanut butter chocolate chip and smores. While I have no illusions that they are remotely healthy, I like that they have built in portion control.
Baby carrots and yogurt are 2 of my favorites too. I recently tried roasted seaweed from Trader Joe's, it's really good and the whole package is 60 calories.
I love cut veggies and hummus, kale chips and popcorn. I've been making berry smoothies and loving those (just fruit and water - if I add veggies I may add some honey or agave syrup). I'm also a fan of tortilla chips and salsa providedI put the chips in a bowl and don't go overboard. Vita-tops are good too.

What's roasted seaweed? Is it like chips or do you wrap it around something like a roll?

They're like chips. They're about the size of a cracker and come in a little plastic tray. You can eat them on their own. Here's a link to them on Amazon.

Thanks! They sound really tasty. I'm going to give them a try.
