I'm looking for some cardio workout dvds that do not involve any kind of fancy footwork. I am the least coordinated person you'll probably ever meet - I tried the introductory Zumba dvd yesterday from the library and I seriously was only able to get like 3 out of the 20 steps we learned. It's bad. Also, I have bad knees so anything with tons of lunges or squats is a no-no.

30 day shred by Jillian Michaels is basic (like jumping jacks, push ups, etc) - no fancy footwork and nothing too high-impact.
