i sold a pair of tr jeans. the seller just contacted saying the jeans she received are not the one's  i pictured which is impossible b/c i only had one pair for sale -- the one's i took a picture of. anyway i asked her to take a picture of the jeans she has and send it to me. but i think she's lying. anyway what would be the best way to resolve this situation.

Hmm has she said why she doesn't think they are the same jeans as you had listed? Did she maybe confuse these jeans with another listing? I would look at the pic she sends you (if she does) and then compare to the pics you took yourself and go from there.  Maybe post them on here so we can judge also.

thanks for the input lsu (you always give such sensible advice) she emailed me back on sat. to say she might have made a mistake since she ordered two pairs of jeans, and i haven't heard from her since. so i think that the issue is resolved. it was just really strange.

That's what I figured when you posted.  There were 2 different auctions she was dealing with! Glad it all has worked out.
