well, i ordered, but it's been forever & my card hasn't been charged. i called to make sure they even got my order and the SA called me back and said that they won't charge my card unless they have the item i ordered. but shouldn't they have the item i ordered in stock because it was online? you would think so.

I've heard nasty things about Scoop, so I was hesitant to order some stuff from them. The only problem with my recent order was one of the items I had ordered was no longer in stock, and only found out it wasn't when I actually received my package. You'd think they'd notify you before if something wasn't in stock, but I've experienced this a lot with other places too.

I think bumblebee had a really bad experience with them. I don't remember the details but she wrote about it on FH and it was so awful that everyone said we should boycott them.

I hate shop. The people who work there are rude. I only buy a shirt there on occaison and only because their shopping bags are plastic and make great lunch bags and I would have bought the shirt anyways. Only good thing is their shopping bags seriously.

Those M.F.'s at Scoop are a mess. Jst went to one last week on Greenwich Ave. not one persob parted there chapped lips to hello. After looking around for about 10 minutes, I fugure Id find my Breast Cancer Awareness Gold Hawk cami elsewhere.

Bitches. I guess I didn't "look the part".

I remember walking into Scoop in SoHo before I knew about ST or FH. The SAs were scary and useless...I was so frightened about touching anything for fear or being eaten alive. I went back last June and it was just a joke how blah the selection is and how the sale rack isn't even really much of a discount. I mean I can barely stand Ron Herman's SAs out here in Los Angeles, but at least their 75% off sale is worth my time.

Even now, I bet I'd get snubbed even if I walked with wearing my most expensive outfit...

i went to the scoop store in vegas. i loved the girl who helped me find my habitual jeans which are my new favorites...

maybe just the ones in NYC suck?!? but my sweater is on the way, i'll keep you posted.

I ordered some stuff that was on sale a while back. I was really scared that my order would get screwed up somehow, especially after reading all their bad reviews. Surprisingly, everything turned out okay. My only complaint was that it took them a week to confirm my order, and then it took them another week for them to send me my stuff.
