L: Sandwich on whole wheat bread with lettuce, peppers, onions, mustard, salt and pepper, and a piece of cheddar Diet Coke
D: Salad with romaine lettuce, peppers, garbanzo beans, kidney beans, skim mozzarella, and lite caesar dressing Diet Coke (I'm totally addicted)
