D: well, I thought that I had class and was going to have leftover lo mein. But, I am dumb and do not have class on Tuesday this semester () so now I have to go out to celebrate my friends birthday. Long story short...I have no idea.

B: 2 slices w/w bread (80 cals), 2 tablespoons whipped pb (140 cals), 1/2 tablespoon plum jelly (25 cals) = 245 cals
L: 4 cups w/w pasta (eek! 789 cals) & 1/2 cup tomato sauce (50 cals) = 839 cals
D: cheerios & skim milk & grapes
E: 30 minutes cardio and arms (probably do abs when I get home)
