morning ladies! no fast food last night, got out of class early & ate my turkey burger (w/ NO ice cream!).
b: puffed kashi, 1/2 banana, light silk
s: 1/2 banana
l: veggie salad
s: yogurt
d: picnic w/ coworkers, maybe store bought sushi?
e: none, but i'm feeling so much better!!
home today... so i actually ate lunch!
b: oatmeal, hot tea
l: meatball sub (can't say i chose something good- but at least i ate!)
d: no idea??? will edit later to include
e: am going to run 2 miles this evening after it cools down a bit...
b: ww bagel w/ sundried tomato cream cheese, coffee
s: apple, a few hershey's kisses
l: 1/2 ww tuna salad sandwich, soy crisps, small low-sodium V-8, lil' piece of dark chocolate
s: orange, 1/2 luna bar
d: chicken w/ mashed potatoes & salad
e: none, I was exhausted after work. Need to work on my diet, I think.
I am having a horrible day. I shouldn't even post, but I will anyway.
b: doughnut and about 12 cups of coffee
l: w/w pasta with olive oil, basil and parm. cheese
d: pizza. after today I not only deserve it, I need it.
e: I don't think so. I'm going straight home, buying a magazine, eating pizza and taking a bubble bath.
