Labor day weekend plans

What are your travel plans for labor day weekend?  Is anyone here changing their Labor Day plans due to gas prices or shortages?  We are thinking about taking a day trip to Richmond but I hate the fact that it will cost us almost double to get there due to the astronomically high gas prices.

I'm going to the great state of Michigan.  I'm actually v.excited!  Luckily I am flying.  My husband plans to drive to Pittsburgh for a football game, and I am hoping he doesn't get stuck there if gas stations run out of gas.

When I went to school in VA, my schoolw as the same. We would have a total femme-bitchfest on the first day. I still don't get it.


For Labor Day Weekend, my BF and I are not going any further than the Hollywood Bowl, but that's all good.

Yes, he's a Pitt grad!  Too bad the game was so horrible, but I think he still had fun with the guys.
