morning ladies... just wanted to share that i was very good last night & waited til i got home to have dinner. this means that i ate ww spaghetti instead of fast food!! i must admit, though, that i have been eating 1/2 cup of ice cream per night though. it's only 160 calories and it's actually quite filling if you eat the serving size (as opposed to filling the whole bowl like i used to).
b: bagel w/ light cream cheese
s: banana
l: veggie salad
s: yogurt
d: if i get out of class early, turkey burger w/ 1/2 scoop ice cream, if not probably fast food
L: salad w/ romaine, tuna, 2% cheese and light dressing and a few pickles
s: white nectarine
d: balsalmic chicken with asparagus, mushrooms and melted mozz w/ 2 glasses of white wine, little sliver of Gadiva cheesecake (dinner at Cheesecake Factory...yum!).
