I ordered a sweater from JCrew last night -- just in time to take advantage of their 25% off coupon. It was a pricy sweater, and even with the discount it was $200+. This morning I get an email that they've created another coupon for 25% off sweaters, AND free shipping. Do you think I can get them to reimburse me for the cost of shipping? It was $17.50, so not a fortune, but better in my pocket than theirs, right?

I'd call and ask for a "one time" refund. You might have to nicely insist on it and mention that it's a very expensive item that you bought. With JCrew, I've noticed that it could go either way depending on the associate you get on the phone.
