Is it me or did Mariah Carey have a playback, I swear my sister agreed that she was lipsynching at times because we caught times where it was her voice playing in the background. I am not sure, hopefully I was just imagining.

What the hell was up with JS and her sister, trying to bootyshake on the floor.....

Wait, did they premiere the new R Kelly "Trapped in the Closet" chapter (I think it's up to chapter 6)? Chapters 1-5 are amazing and hilarious. I'll have to try to catch a rerun of this or hope it surfaces on the internet soon.

this is exactly how i felt too! watching the VMAs this year (all 20 minutes that i could manage to sit through) made me feel old...

I agree too. My husband was watching it with me and we were like, "Remember when this used to be interesting to watch?" I think it's a generation-gap thing.

i forgot about the R Kelly incident! that was sooooooooooooooo painful to watch.... i had the BF keep changing the channel!!!! awful!!!!

my friend has a radio show in Cincinnati and they make fun of R. Kelly's "Trapped in the Closet" SOOOOOOOOOOOOO bad on there!!!!

I didnt even watch it! I figured it'll be on for the rest of them month...maybe year!! But I can actually see Ashlee Simpson wearing what Jessica wore and Jessica what Ashlee wore!!! Wierd!
