STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

Another really positive review.  I ordered a new moisturizer from Origins.com recently and discovered when I put it on that it was tinted (lighter than my skin!?!).  I called CS and was so impressed.  The rep literally spoke to me for about 1/2 hour, assured me that I could return or exchange the now-used-twice item, and talked to me at length about my skin, concerns and what products would be best for it. She was really honest about what would work and what would be a waste.  Amazing!
On her recommendations I went to the brick-mortar store near me to check out the suggested products and again encounted a CS who really went out of her way.  I explained my skin concerns and my lifestyle...so she knew I was pretty low maintenance.  She gave me a mini-facial and and talked me through my current routine and what was and wasn't working.  And together we figured out what would be the next step.  At no point did I feel like she was upselling...in fact she stayed well within my budget!
