What is your favorite liquid eyeliner? I've started wearing it for the first time and really like it, but would like to get a few new colors. I'm using something from Avon now but I have no idea how it stacks but because it's the only one I have. I am impressed though that it doesn't run or smudge like all of my other eye makeup is doing at the moment.

My fave, hands down, is Lancome Artliner. Super easy to apply, and it lasts for a really long time. Color choices, not sure.
Looks like there are a couple color choices - I don't mean that I necessarily want something crazy like neon green, just that all I have now is full-on black and sometimes I wish I had something slightly softer, like brown or gray or navy.

Urban Decay's liquid liner is really good. They should have a few shades of black.
I have felt-tip style liners from Avon in black and gray and I really like them, but I don't see it on their site. The felt tip is a similar look but probably easier to control.
I'm more likely to use a cake liner, still using the same Avon one for many years, or Stila smudge pot.
I've never used liquid eyeliner (I rarely even use eyeliner at all.) I noticed that Sephora has Smashbox's pot on sale for $5. I've been really happy with other Smashbox products.
Be weary of drugstore felt-tip liners. I've found that more often than not, the formula is not thick enough and you have to apply several layers to get an even line bc it applies like watercolors.
I prefer the gel-liquid liners in the pot like Boots mentioned. I have used Smashbox, Mac, Stila smudgepots and Bobbi Brown. They all perform at the sam level but I think the BB and Mac have managed not to dry out the best.
I've used the Stila smudgepot ones before, and the container is HUGE. There is enough in there to last me a lifetime. However, Ihaven't been able to keep them for long because they dry out so quickly.
The smashbox ones last a bit longer. But, the container is still pretty big. They do make a pallette style one that has much smaller pots of color in a a nice compact. I think it's around $30.
I will say that the maybelline product isn't too thin, one pass and it is plenty for me. I haven't tried other drug store liners though.
