I don't know if Crystal is back today so I'll post again. I was horrible this weekend, as always. I can't get my motivation back!
B: coffee, graham crackers (2 points)
L: lean cuisine spinach and mushroom pizza (6 points)
D: really not sure. maybe a burger and baked sweet potato fries? I forget what we bought this weekend.
E: I swear I will get to the gym tonight- I have two people who promised to yell at me if I don't. I'm gonna try to do at least 1/2 hour of cardio and the ab exercises from the NYC ballet dvd.
Okay, today I ran 4 miles then did 5 minutes on the row machine then 15 minutes on the elliptical. I also lifted very heavy for my chest and back. Later I may do a 20 min yoga dvd.
