e: none , going out w/ coworkers after work to watch them play volleyball & then to the pier for live music & dinner. i know i could get a workout by playing w/ them, but i suck!

E: none, going to paint tonight. BUT i did a hella workout yesterday even though i was bitchy and complaining and tired. aren't y'all proud? i did cardio, arms AND legs. now i just need a massage...
