Ok, I know there are some Austinites on the board. Has anyone been watching the Real World? I like to watch it and go "I've been there!" Anyway, did you see tonights show with Danny and the "phone call?" Poor guy!!! How horrible is that? I don't want to say what happened, if no one has seen it. I feel bad for him, even though everyone on that show is annoying.
That episode was definitely a downer. I feel bad for the guy. So my thought/question is this: I thought if you left RW for any reason you couldn't come back. Like Frankie at San Diego. So I wonder why they are letting Danny come back if he wants to.

I was crying too. I felt so bad for Danny. He can't catch a break. First he gets punched in the eye and has to have surgery and now this. Next week looks just as depressing. I hope he comes back - he's one of the only people I like on the show. Like Kel said, I think they'd let him come back because of the circumstances. It's not like he wanted to leave.
It was so sad! I feel so bad for Danny. He seems like a good guy and he just keeps having all this crap happen! I think they would let him come back, too. This is an extenuating circumstance, not something like 'boo hoo, they all hate me! I have to run home.' I think a death in the family would be something they could leave and come back for. I hope he comes back!
I knew that was going to happen. Poor Danny though, he's at that age where family is typically less important to people and he might have had a good reconciliation if he had been a little older. I cried watching the episode because I could see his guilt for ignoring his mom. My own father, who is 55, does not talk to his mother, my grandma, and I hurt for her because I know she misses her only son, I still don't know why he abandoned her. So I wonder about the details about Danny's bad past with his mom, maybe it will come forward next episode or so if he sticks around.

I didn't watch last night (i have no tv for a while ), but i know what happened and that is so sad. If he leaves, the show will suck. I don't think this cast is very interesting at all and he somehow is the one that pulls the show together.
