hello ladies... so i ate a couple peanut m&m's yesterday before leaving work & i ate about a handful today. my excuse today is that i have a headache (which i rarely get) so if my body craves chocolate i'm gonna give it to her! yesterday, well, i have no excuse.
b: puffed kashi, blueberries, silk
s: m&m's, peach
l: veggie loaded salad w/ lil bit of italian
s: yogurt, 1/4 tuna sandwich (on white!! ), a few m&m's
d: turkey burger, carrots
e: gonna do the stairs tonight after work... i did 3 sets sunday so i think i'll shoot for 5 today w/ some walking it off in between (there are well over 100 stairs, they are pretty famous w/ celebs & stuff... although i've never seen any there ).
Man, yesterday I was soooo good! I did tons of cardio (finally got back on the treadmill for a run after who knows how long) and legs and arms! I was at the gym forever. I think it's going to be my Monday ritual. It really makes the day not seem like such a waste.
B: two corn tortillas with spray butter = 110 cal
S: fat-free yogurt = 100 cal
L: brown rice & veggies - rice = about 300 calories, veggies = 150 cals (I ate a lot of them)
S: 3 little no sugar toffee/chocolate thing (oops) but 3 pieces = 160 calories, which is a lot but not terrible. Right????
D: don't know yet but something healthy - something under 400 calories, hopefully. (maybe kashi & skim milk?)
E: hmm... not sure yet. I'm completely exhausted today (even went home at lunch to take a nap) but maybe I'll muster up the energy to go for a run. Yeah right. Okay at least a fast-paced walk and abs. I'll give it a shot.
