STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

Yay! My boyfriend and I are moving into our first house.  We are buying a house in a lake community coveted by vacationers that his father owned. So we got it really cheap, we don't really want to live there so we are going to fix it up and sell it.  Our goal is to be out in 3 years.

It should be easy though we have to

• paint the house,


• build a cute deck w/ a screened in porch, the deck is going to have an outdoor fireplace


• Re-sheetrock the downstairs and paint


• Re carpet downstairs

It should be really easy and the house already appraised for $100k more than we are buying it for!
