diet & exercise 7/29 - serious!!

ok, i know every day i lay out this super healthy day & every day i end up eating candy & sometimes even skipping my healthy snacks.  but now i have a REAL reason to whip into shape (besides the bday)... so the day after my bday (which is 8/6) i've been asked to do a hair modelling workshop.  the girl asked me what size i am (which i have no clue how it relates, but i'm guessing they will be dressing me) & she asked "like a 2 or 3?"  so obviously that's what size she wants so i said yes.  the thing is, i'm a 2 or 3 in "vanity sizing" but i think i'm more of a 4 in real sizing.  i know i'm not gonna drop a size in a week but i think i can cut down on bloat if i just eat really healthy & minimize the SUGAR!!  i need u all to motivate me tho & keep me on track so i think i'm just gonna post what i have already eaten, not what i plan to eat.  then i'll update it as the day goes on so i can be more honest.  i will include my workout tho cuz i usually do that after work & i pretty much do it when i say i will.


b:  puffed kashi, blueberries, silk


s: orange


l: tuna sandwich on ww, carrot (the tuna had mayo, but just enough to make it edible)


s: yogurt (so far so good, i'll post dinner too since i won't be online again after that)


d: turkey burger, broccoli, maybe a popsicle (there may be drinks tonight too, but only if they are free & hard drinks mixed w/ juice can't be that bad, right? )


e: hour of stairs/walking w/ my coworker

Didn't you do an all-veggie detox sort of thing to kick off your whole diet?  Maybe you could try that again?


As for me, I still have not gained back any of the weight I lost while I had the flu, but it feels a little to early to count my blessings.


B:  Oatmeal, OJ


S:  Coffee, Yogurt, Blueberries


L:  Turkey on WW, cheese stick, plum


D:  Homemade Spinach Quiche, probably a beer or some wine


E:  Light weights for 20 min.

yes, but it's a three week thing & the first week i didn't really have enough energy to work out which i think is more important than starving myself.  i figure if i just stay away from sweets (which is my biggest vice) & kick up the working out i should be able to fit in a 2.  i hope!

I havn't even botherd posting in here cause I gained a couple of pounds that I lost being on ww


but I'll post what i've ate and update just like you crystal.....oh, and good luck, you can totally do it!


B: nectarine (1pt)


S: jello (0 pts)


L: Lean pocket sub (6 pts)


Excerise: 40min. of fast walking and drinking lots of water....


S: 100 calorie chips ahoy! (2pts)


D: I'm going to have sushi and only 1 beer, so not too bad right? oh, and maybe a couple of shots........

b: more like lunch, since i didnt wake up till 12:30- 1 bowl smart start with 1% milk


snack: 1/2 luna bar


d: will most likely be bad, going out for dinner and drinks..


e: 25 mins elliptical, 25 bike, 15 rowing, abs

I ate healthy last night and was down a pound this morning!  Woohooo!  Too bad I have 12 more to go!!!    Anyway....


b:  cereal, oj


s:  Annie's organic bunnies, green tea


l:  turkey and cheese sandwich on homemade bread (yum--my husband is the best!)


s:  pretzels, water


d:  spinach salad with grilled chicken


e:  i'm going for a walk.
