ok, i know every day i lay out this super healthy day & every day i end up eating candy & sometimes even skipping my healthy snacks. but now i have a REAL reason to whip into shape (besides the bday)... so the day after my bday (which is 8/6) i've been asked to do a hair modelling workshop. the girl asked me what size i am (which i have no clue how it relates, but i'm guessing they will be dressing me) & she asked "like a 2 or 3?" so obviously that's what size she wants so i said yes. the thing is, i'm a 2 or 3 in "vanity sizing" but i think i'm more of a 4 in real sizing. i know i'm not gonna drop a size in a week but i think i can cut down on bloat if i just eat really healthy & minimize the SUGAR!! i need u all to motivate me tho & keep me on track so i think i'm just gonna post what i have already eaten, not what i plan to eat. then i'll update it as the day goes on so i can be more honest. i will include my workout tho cuz i usually do that after work & i pretty much do it when i say i will.

l: tuna sandwich on ww, carrot (the tuna had mayo, but just enough to make it edible)
s: yogurt (so far so good, i'll post dinner too since i won't be online again after that)
d: turkey burger, broccoli, maybe a popsicle (there may be drinks tonight too, but only if they are free & hard drinks mixed w/ juice can't be that bad, right? )
Didn't you do an all-veggie detox sort of thing to kick off your whole diet? Maybe you could try that again?
yes, but it's a three week thing & the first week i didn't really have enough energy to work out which i think is more important than starving myself. i figure if i just stay away from sweets (which is my biggest vice) & kick up the working out i should be able to fit in a 2. i hope!
