Yana~ thanks for all your info! Do you use toner everyday? If so, day and night or just at night? I've been being good these days on washing my face morn and night, but I gotta admitt its hard for me to wash my back at night everyday. I gotta try harder. So its hormone issues for you? I'm thinking that may be my problem too. I can't wait to see my blood results. My face is finally back to normal after I used those products the facial lady sold me. I'm so happy! My back is better too, but hoping one day it will be perfect back there!
Elle~ no....it dosent look like that. Don't know if its the over the counter acne body wash and back scrub I bought are helping or if its the meds, but its clearing up...
Hi, Tati! Re: toner: I use it after cleanser ( make up removal), so usually about twice a day, however, I live in LA, it's burning HOT now, I walk with the baby for about an hor per day in the heat, naturally, sweat breaks too often & too much, as much as oil, so now it's kind of unlimited: I don't work, i stay at home right now, so it's not a problem to run to the bathroom to wipe a face with toner every time i feel it's too oily/sweaty, however, just use it more friquently then water: that has dirt & stone build up - if you see what happens to your faucet with the time - don't wash your face with water too much: toner/cleanser does a better face, same for the back ( G-d, I remmeber when I met who is my husband now - my back was like a field of wounds...I seeked professional help, but it went away after I started taking pills, it was embarrassing for swim suit or any other summer garment..., i feel you...)so, you can use toner after you come out of the shower ( pores are open). Just don't buy a toner with calicylic acid - they say it's good to treat acne, but every time i used any product with it - it'd dry it terribly with bad results & bad looking skin. Keep your skin clean as much as you can, toner is good for it. Best of luck!
This is what I have on my arms. I had it on my face this winter too. It is weird it doesn't itch or hurt it is just blah. I went to the dermo and they gave me reitol (sp?) and it cleared right up.
