ok, so i really need to crack down. my bday is in two weeks & i'm having a party where i plan to wear a "sexy shorts outfit" (see the shopping thread for my post). i need to be in tip top shape so no more screwing around!
b: puffed kashi, blueberries, silk
s: 3 m&m's (they can't possibly count!) & a large oatmeal cookie (last one, i swear!)
l: chicken sandwich on ww, carrot, orange
s: yogurt
d: turkey burger, fruit popsicle (healthy so it's okay)
e: salsa class tonight, but starting tomorrow i'm gonna do the stairs every day! i gotta get my legs in shape & i need to do something for my tummy too!
S: some leftover peanut butter M&Ms- theres probably like 8 left in the bag
d: dunno, I forgot that I told people I'd meet to study after work so I might have to buy something. Or I can wait til I get home and see what I can scrounge up.
e: does mental exercise count? I'll be studying for my statistics final. Yuck.
