morning ladies


b: puffed kashi, blueberries, silk


s: 3 low carb cookies, peach


l: veggie sandwich (ran outta meat!!), celery & pb


s: yogurt


d: spaghetti & broccoli again (w/ enough for leftovers tomorrow)


e: none - too much hw, but i'll be working out this weekend which i normally don't do so that will make up for my lapse

b: 2 pieces wheat bread, 2 tablespoons whipped pb


L: ham & cheese sandwich from nordies cafe & french fries!!! but i was returning my beautiful jacket, due to the shopping ban, so i decided to treat myself


D: the ham & cheese sandwich that i brought to work today for lunch but didn't eat.


E: none, it's painting night! yay!

Oooh...I didn't do so well today:


b:  cereal, oj


s:  green tea and small bag of doritos (they were there, I HAD to eat them!)


l:  Coke and turkey wrap


d:  flank steak salad with bleu cheese, onions, pine nuts, oil and vinegar (YUUUUUUM!) and for dessert we had vanilla ice cream with strawberries and Chambord (mmmmmmmmm!)


e:  none.  its 96 degrees out.

breakfast: smart start soy protein and smart start healthy heart mixed together, 1% milk


lunch: some leftover walnut and gorgonzola tortellini, some goldfish, a couple small cookies


snack: pretzel with cheese sauce, lemonade


dinner: muttar paneer- indian curry dish with a tomato base and peas and paneer (indian cheese), garlic nan, diet coke


exercise: 30 minutes cardio, abs, then i shopped... walkin around the mall has to count a little!
