morning ladies! so i didn't get around to doing my yoga video last night but i got to visit w/ my mom so i did something productive.
b: puffed kashi, blueberries, soy milk
s: bagel & cream cheese, peach
l: chicken sandwich on ww, celery & pb
s: yogurt
d: spaghetti & broccoli (i skipped this last night cuz i had dinner w/ my mom: half bbq salad @ cpk)
e: skipped the AM walk *again* so that i could get off early, but i'll be doing "the stairs" after work w/ my coworker & then i'm off to salsa for an hour. i think that makes up for it!
d: dunno. I guess I'll get a snadwhich or something before class. I got distracted and forgot to make myself something to bring.
e: no time. I did 30 sit ups last night though out of nowhere! I was laying there, and then I just felt like doing sit-ups...so I did. I didn't even know I could do one, much less 30 and in *perfect* form. I had to keep going to make sure it wasn't a fluke...but yeah, apparently I have some ab muscles hiding under that layer of blubber.
