diet & exercise 7/20

morning ladies!  so i didn't get around to doing my yoga video last night but i got to visit w/ my mom so i did something productive.


b: puffed kashi, blueberries, soy milk


s: bagel & cream cheese, peach


l: chicken sandwich on ww, celery & pb


s: yogurt


d: spaghetti & broccoli (i skipped this last night cuz i had dinner w/ my mom: half bbq salad @ cpk)


e: skipped the AM walk *again* so that i could get off early, but i'll be doing "the stairs" after work w/ my coworker & then i'm off to salsa for an hour.  i think that makes up for it!

B: bagel w/ spray butter, 1 cup milk


S: 1 small plum


L: turkerburger helper, apple


S: pb toast


D: moc chicken cordon bleu, salad


E: didn't make it yesterday  but will try again today.

d: dunno. I guess I'll get a snadwhich or something before class. I got distracted and forgot to make myself something to bring.


e: no time. I did 30 sit ups last night though out of nowhere! I was laying there, and then I just felt like doing sit-ups...so I did. I didn't even know I could do one, much less 30 and in *perfect* form. I had to keep going to make sure it wasn't a fluke...but yeah, apparently I have some ab muscles hiding under that layer of blubber.

Good afternoon!


B:  Oatmeal, OJ


S:  Yogurt


L:  1/2 chicken breast, 1/3 cup of spanish rice,  piece of chocolate cream pie (made with FF/SF pudding and FF milk though!)


S:  Nectarine, cheese stick


D:  Probably lasagne and a big salad


E:  30 min walk tonight, abs and buns already done

s: caribou caramel non-fat high rise with NO whipped cream


d: unsure so far... probably left over chicken breast that we grilled monday night with a veggie


e: probably my PUSH dvd or a walk... dunno

l: lo-fat ham & lo-fat swiss on wheat bread & cheese stick


d: don't know yet but i am certain it will involve 2 mojitos... i can't seem to stay away from the alcohol!!!


e: i did stairs today at work (albeit briefly). next week i am going to the gym every free day i have. yes. definitely.

W:  20 minutes cardio, 1 hour cardio circuit with trainer, 4 diff modes.

b: maple sugar and cinnamon oatmeal


l: celery and pb, chips and salsa, diet coke with splenda, 2 chocolate orange sticks


snack: 1/2 of a kashi chocolate caramel karma something or other bar


dinner: walnut and gorgonzola tortellini with sauteed spinach


snack- went to a movie, small popcorn and a red slushie- so bad but so good!


exercise: 25  mins cardio, the half hour workout from the carmen electra fit to strip video, and the abs section
