good morning LSU! so, this morning i was rushing around cuz i was trying to get into work early & i actually FORGOT to eat breakfast!! that NEVER happens to me & while i was driving to work i was like, man why am i so hungry? then i realized i didn't eat b-fast!!

e: since i wanted to get in early i skipped the AM walk again, but salsa last night was a MAJOR work out!! if i get home early enough today (i have to go in for advising at the school i'll be attending in fall) i'll do my yoga video.
I haven't been posting here, but I could use some extra motivation so hopefully this will help!
B: Mc D's Fruit and Yogurt parfait (I am freakin addicted to these) and a whole grain Ego.
L: Probably cottage cheese, 12 grain bread, and fruit.
S: Pretzels, string cheese, and yogurt.
D: Not sure. Probably a turkey sandwich (most likely subway) on wheat with lettue, tomato, and extra pickle (I eat this sanwich 3 or 4 times a week and never get sick of it) with some sort of baked/light potato chips.
E: I wanted to workout this morning but I woke up too late. Tonight I'll probably do about 35 minutes of cardio (elliptical), my push dvd, followed by another 15 or 20 minutes of cardio. The DVD I have this month focuses mostly on arms/chest.
B: rice krispy treat and coffee. I was planning on grabbing fruit salad at the staff mtg this morning, but for some reason there was no food. hmmm. after months of food, one begins to expect it... (2 points)
S: cranberry juice (4 points)...I couldn't resist it.
L: lean cuisine potstickers (6 point), cookies (4 points)
D: sandwhich- chicken breast and prociutto w/ red pepper spread on baguette (4 points)
E: class tonight, so probably won't have any time.
Bex- their barbeque chicken salad tastes great (on the WW menu). I eat that and 2 regular cheese sticks for a total of 6 or 7 points (I know you don't count points but just saying that is a light combo)
