Morning everyone!


B: bagel, spray butter, and 1 cup skim milk


L: Chicken apple sasauge, fruits and veggies


D: left over turkeyburger helper


E: I'm making myself start exercising again today!! I plan on walking for 30 mins tonight when it cools off.

good morning LSU!  so, this morning i was rushing around cuz i was trying to get into work early & i actually FORGOT to eat breakfast!!  that NEVER happens to me & while i was driving to work i was like, man why am i so hungry?  then i realized i didn't eat b-fast!!

l: chicken sandwich on ww


s: peach


d: ww spaghetti & broccoli


e: since i wanted to get in early i skipped the AM walk again, but salsa last night was a MAJOR work out!!  if i get home early enough today (i have to go in for advising at the school i'll be attending in fall) i'll do my yoga video.

D:  ?  Will include a big salad, whatever it is


E:  30-45 min walk

I haven't been posting here, but I could use some extra motivation so hopefully this will help! 


B:  Mc D's Fruit and Yogurt parfait (I am freakin addicted to these) and a whole grain Ego. 


L:  Probably cottage cheese, 12 grain bread, and fruit. 


S:  Pretzels, string cheese, and yogurt. 


D:  Not sure.  Probably a turkey sandwich (most likely subway) on wheat with lettue, tomato, and extra pickle (I eat this sanwich 3 or 4 times a week and never get sick of it) with some sort of baked/light potato chips. 


E:  I wanted to workout this morning but I woke up too late.  Tonight I'll probably do about 35 minutes of cardio (elliptical), my push dvd, followed by another 15 or 20 minutes of cardio.  The DVD I have this month focuses mostly on arms/chest.

B: rice krispy treat and coffee. I was planning on grabbing fruit salad at the staff mtg this morning, but for some reason there was no food. hmmm. after months of food, one begins to expect it... (2 points)


S: cranberry juice (4 points)...I couldn't resist it.


L: lean cuisine potstickers (6 point), cookies (4 points)


D: sandwhich- chicken breast and prociutto w/ red pepper spread on baguette (4 points)


E: class tonight, so probably won't have any time.

B: 2 pieces of whole wheat bread, 2 tablespoons whipped pb


L: leftover shrimp & veggie stir-fry with brown jasmine rice (yum!)


S: yogurt & cheesestick prob


D: ww bread, moz. cheese & ham sandwich.


E: hitting the gym today fo' sure. cardio & maybe arms. we'll see how much time i have.

Bex- their barbeque chicken salad tastes great (on the WW menu).  I eat that and 2 regular cheese sticks for a total of 6 or 7 points (I know you don't count points but just saying that is a light combo)

breakfast: smart start with soy protein, 1% milk

snack 2: chips and salsa, diet coke with splenda, 1 orange chocolate stick


dinner: TJ's pad thai with tofu,


dessert: 100 cal. ice cream sandwich


exercise- walked a little, but not enough:(

Yesterday's diet and exercise:


b:  cereal, orange juice


s:  green tea


l:  turkey sandwich, coke, Annie's Organic BBQ Cheddar bunnies


s:  yogurt, tortilla chips


d:  black bean and shrimp burrito with sour cream, one beer


exercise:  continued painting guest bedroom, walked during lunch, climbed 11 flights of stairs
