Thanks, girls!  I'm so excited - there were more than a thousand applicants for some of these programs, which take fewer than 100 people each year so I was expecting to languish on the waiting list all summer.  It's awesome to just relax about it for awhile.

And I'm totally planning some awesome shoe purchases to go with my rockin' scrubs wink.gif!

You guys rock - it's so nice to come here and share happy news with you all, especially since I've 'known' some of you for nearly 7 years (can you believe it?!).  This thread feels like the online-friend equivalent of jumping up and down and shrieking together!  Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

No program-decision angst, because the other program is over an hour away and by accepting at the closer school I save myself at least an hour in the car everyday.  I'm really excited to start and see who else got in this year, if there are any peeps I know already.  I'm sort of ticked that they want us to promise to show up for some stuff that they haven't scheduled yet (makes it hard to promise to be there, ay?) but I'm trying to just go with the flow and be thankful I got in!
