so i ate a lot more m&m's than i should have this weekend, but overall i was pretty good!

l: this premade jenny-o turkey dish, pretty good & pretty healthy, carrots
s: probably m&m's cuz i ran outta yogurt (going grocery shopping tonight!)
d: turkey burger, carrots or broccoli
e: did a TON of stairs yesterday (actual stairs, not in the gym) so i let myself sleep in & skip the AM walk, but i will be taking a 1.5 hr salsa lesson tonight so i'll get some sorta workout
I can't even remember most of the weekend's consumptions, so you know that can't be good. Not so much on the bad food but the drinks! Ouch. Everytime the boy went to talk to someone new at the wedding, I ventured over to the bar. The barkeep and I made good friends.
B: nutri-grain bar - ah! the sugar
S: nutri-grain bar - ah! the sugar again!
L: 2 tostadas, fresco-style (fancy talk for + pico and - cheese) from Taco Bell (need to go grocery shopping)
D: I think I'm making stir-fry (shrimp & veggies) with jasmine rice. We'll see. I'm supposed to be cooking dinner and that's one of the few things I can actually manage.
E: depends on the dinner thing. my apartment is a wreck so I need to run home and frantically clean it, go to the store, and take a quick shower, all before the boy arrives for dinner (still a maybe). hopefully all the running around at high speed will burn some calories. if the plans fall through, i'm heading to the gym after work. we'll see which one works out.
Today I ran 4 miles alt. 4mph walk to a 6-8mph run and a 0-5 incline. I also did 15 minutes elliptical and 5 minutes row machine. Then I did 150 different crunches.
