Workout: Took it easy today because I worked out for 4 hours yesterday! Yikes-I didn't do it on purpose though. So today I did 45 minutes cardio (running and elliptical) and I lifted for my glutes and quads.
i should do this more regularly- my first post was the other day!
B: green tea, stone wheat crackers and smoked nova salmon, yummm (this was at 7am then back to bed, woke up sick from dumb roomie setting thermostat to 60 deg.)
second B: smart ones peperoni pizza calzone, small glass of OJ
E: elliptical for 35 mins, then ran a mile on the track, walked half a mile, stretched
S: pineapple smoothie (splurge at 450 calories but so many nutrients and protein)
